Ecommerce topic: how to avoid credit card fraud?

Credit card fraud: a big issue …

24 identity theft by hour, every minute, a credit card holder thieft …
The figures speak for themselves.
We are in 2010 and cryptography systems are still not developed. Phishing attempts or more commonly known as phishing are numerous.
Ways to fight against card fraud are:
* Verify the IP address
* Human verification by phone
* The introduction of 3D Secure

Despite the introduction of all these processes, your site is still in perfect safety?

Heightened protection for the buyer?

Certainly, as consumers, we’re all very glad to receive protection. And I would add that for healthy competition, ecommerce companies prefer to rely on a strong & legislated framework rather than having to manage the problems of fame, negligence or any of its competitors. Why should he take the risk when it outsources to any third its payment solution? Logically, the injury should be apportioned:

The distribution of injury between:
- The merchant bank, acquirer of the transaction;
- The cardholder’s bank, card issuer;
- The merchant;
- The bearer;
- Any insurance;
- And other types of actors (eg payment solution)

Whose fault?

For a reliable and efficient solution

How to guarantee the customer a 100% safe transaction  and secondly, to ecommerce, reliability on the receipts? Are initiatives in terms of electronic signature the future?
