First, let’s come back to its history and its meaning;
During a conference organized by o’reilly Media, Batelle and media live (in 2004), dale dougherty and Craig line have noticed that web changed. First web companies have lost their fame and we only keep a far recollection. New companies have succeeded : those which have used 2.0 capacities;

Consequently, people change their practices and their uses : many companies integrate these methods to Human Resources, lead their marketing strategy using these channels. People get through a click reachable, selective, qualitative content.
Could this technological revolution bring a new Golden Age ? Economic and cultural ? And bring a new growth cycle ?
